It would be the perfect complementary tool, just define a dimension, press a button and you're done!

Totally agree with this one! The ability to make nice rounded edges very simply like in Fusion 360 would be a very welcome addition to AC3D!

I actually suggest this way back in 2013, along with other suggestions: http://www.inivis.com/forum/showthread.php?t=6797, so this would have been a long time coming for me.
