TCE 'hand' tool

Manipulating vertices in the TCE when zoomed in is a hassle, since the 'drag' button is located at the top right of the window.

A hand tool would be nice, so you can move around easily (like that hand tool in photoshop), either that or add another drag button at the top left, or better yet, in every corner.
