Support non-existent or non-responsive!?

I don't know if support personnel from Inivis is montitoring this forum!?

I have send two support requests via CONTACT US (17 and 20 of september) and only received the automated responses: "Thank you for contacting Inivis. We will contact you as soon as possible.

I own a licence for AC3D 9.022 and require to download the corresponding installer to this older version, because my licence is not valid for the new version 9.1. Unfortunately the site only offers the new version for download.

Support so far has been non- existent. Very disappointing.

I hope this is not abandonware.

PD: I searched the FORUM for other users that requested to be instructed how to download older versions and they never received a single answer. Troublesome.

Update: It's 27th of september and all three support requests that I made concerning the same question/issue and were made via the CONTACT US form from the website http://www.inivis.com/contact.html
continue without answer or solution.
