Default Strange shadows

It is great to work with AC3D - and so intuitively!
On the added picture the wall with the 2 windows is completely flat- but it looks not so. How can I avoid such an unwanted effect?
Thank's a lot for a hint
Uli

Select the wall and change its surface from smooth to flat, from the Set Surface section bottom left of the tool set. This will drop the strange shadows.
