Hi,
I saw nice things here so I thought I may point you to my project page which shows a screenshot updated from time to time. The buildings are all made in AC3D and I try to keep them low poly as I have to keep an eye on the frame rate. http://www.world-of-mystery.de/client/ Currently I'm modeling more buildings as we plan to do some kind of stress test. |

Great low-poly buildings --- low-poly modeling is always challenging. With the appropriate lighting, too, these buildings would look superb.

It's done using jME (jMonkey Engine) which is based on lwjgl. There was no importer for AC3D files so I had to write one. It still has some problems with normals. For artificial things it like buildings it works but smooth surfaces are not imported correctly.
You can find out more about the project on http://www.world-of-mystery.de/client/ |
