I am in need of adjusting the center of an object in AC3D, but am at a loss on how to do this. I have checked the manual and the only mention is the Re-centre option. To quote from the AC3D manual:

It might be best to use Tools->Adjust-Object-Centres which gives more control. Alternativly, switch to vertex mode and move the vertices.
The object centres option in the 2D menu (yes, was "Orth" - oops) is a toggle for displaying centre point. Recentre and Minimum-centre are in the Object menu but the adjust tool is more powerful. |
