Here AC3D v8.3.11 Beta. Export listing. Edit: my image didn't post, but DirectX (.x) file is in the export listing between Collada and DXF files.

Thanks for reply. x-file export is also in the plugin directory ("DirectX.p"), but doesn't appear in the menu of ac3d.

Uli - that looks like it's running in Trial mode - plugins are disabled in that mode. Have you entered your license key via the Help menu?

Microsoft usually removes support for Windows after several years. AC3D v8.3 still works in x32 versions of Windows 7 / 10. You can still use Windows 7 after 2020, there just will not be any updates. People still use Windows XP.

AC3D 8.0.80 is the final 32 bit version, all future versions will be 64 bit. New AC3D licenses will work on 8.0.80, so you can use it if you are on a 32 bit operating system. Once AC3D is enabled with a license, it won't time out.
We always recommend keeping a backup of the software and your license key. There are still some users running old versions of AC3D on Windows 95 ![]() |
