Search and Select in the Hierarchy

Hi
Is there any way to search the objects in the hierarchy (for me its an XPlane Dataref name) and leave them selected - I'm trying to do a mass change of one dataref to another....

You could use menu Edit->Select/Unselect-objects-by-name
