re: repairing texture maps
Sometimes when I try to repair a texture map there are bits of the map that I cannot figure out. Example: On this mapping of a carbody, some parts are not part of the main mapping. Where are these polys ? Are they on the hood or on the roof ? .......... it takes alot of time to figure out where these are. Currently there is no easy way to find out where on the car these lost bits are and where they belong. Can we get a way to select polys on the F10 mapping and have these polys highlight (or change color) on the mesh. |

In the Edit menu at the top of the TCE, you should have 'Select TCE Surface in AC3D'.
You'll need to be in surface select mode before it will work. |
