User Friendly Forum

Ok, i know im new to this forum but i thought i would make suggestion. And i know it isnt about AC3D, but it is for the good of the community!

I have a few suggestions to revamp the forum/site and make it just that little friendlier!

Another gallery, in which users can submit their work to and others can view easily on the main page (without accessing the forum)
Daily/Weekly Website Poll (but not instead of user created ones!)
Competitions - Everybody loves a good competition now and then!
