Load / Save Background Image .tcl

On my old version of AC3D I had a tool called bgimageloadsave.tcl which allowed me to save a background image configuration and then reload it later.

I upgraded recently and now it's gone. I've searched the forums and all I see are the same discussions from ten years ago. Help please?

I installed it and the tool shows up in the menu. I can save the background image configuration and that creates a .acp file. But when I try to load it back in, nothing happens.
