Window Hotkeys [show & hide]

Its nice to be able to use hotkeys to show windows such as the TCE, Object Properties and Hierarchy View.

It would be extra nice to be able to use those same hotkeys to hide them instead of having to close them out via the [X] button.

so for example, F10 would bring up the TCE and then you'd press F10 again to close it out. It would make things a bit faster methinks.
