Hi all,
Here is a base character for anyone thats interested in character modeling,it is very basic so you can either make your own based on the boxman character or you can modify and generaly hack and chop the boxman to make various characters. The files in the zip are .ac format and the images are .jpg, the image used was from http://www.the-blueprints.com/ I hope the boxman proves useful. ![]()

Many thanks! Nice to have a (pardon the pun) straw man as a starting point for a character....

I have just added cowboy.ac.zip to my first post ,it is free to use or perhaps learn from, but you may not sell the model or any derivitive of it.

Very awesome technique! Thank you!
Is there a tutorial somewhere that shows how to use this technique to do a head/face? Thanks, Ron |

Chris Holden has a pretty good tutorial which is similar. 4th image down http://http://chrisholden.net/tutor/chmodel.htm I think this one will help the most despite being for 3dmax. http://docs.autodesk.com/3DSMAX/12/E...cef16-7707.htm

Hi All,
I have just added another zip file to my first post it contains the two SG1 models and the Gladiator model. The models are pretty basic ,hopefully they will prove useful. Thanks
