Extrude Path with Scaling

I've made a new plugin available for scaling the results of an Extrude Along Path operation. This allows you to scale the profile along a path for making things like tree limbs, tusks, whips, or anything with a tapering profile.

This is a Windows-only plugin at the moment, but the source code is available for anyone that wishes to compile under a different platform.

Hi Dennis,
your 'extrude with scaling' is just great and solved instantly three or four problems of mine where the post-extrusion scaling otherwise would have to be done manually -- feasible but as convenient as chipping your toothpicks yourself out of an oak tree

When I try to run the 64 bit file above, I get the following error:
