PLUGIN: (Updated) Texture Monitor
The texture monitor plugin has been updated. The texture monitor automatically reloads textures that have changed on disk.
The new version uses a smarter tracking method, and only reloads each texture it detects as unique once per cycle even if its been used multiple times in the scene. Textures where the last modified time stamp on disk hasn't changed in the last 10 minutes are also ignored (except on drives that don't support this, in which case the texture is reloaded anyway) . Should be much faster reloads now, especially on heavily-textured scenes! Grab the new version of the file here: http://www.independentdeveloper.com/...uremonitor.zip |

Re: PLUGIN: (Updated) Texture Monitor
Does it happen with all the time, or just sometimes? If it's only sometimes, could you send me a copy of a file that causes it?
EDIT: Also, are you running Windows firewall or any of the Vista network blocking stuff? |

nope, it happens always when i reload the texture. even if the "Auto-track" is enable, after automatic reloading the message comes out. If i do a "manual reload" with "reload texture", the message comes out. I have Vista FW disabled. Is there any log debug file i can send you from AC3D? |

Re: PLUGIN: (Updated) Texture Monitor
Yes, actually. If you go into the AC3D options and turn on the console window, if it has any output when you reload the texture copy and paste whatever the error might say.
Another idea: are you running 32-bit or 64-bit Vista? |

Re: PLUGIN: (Updated) Texture Monitor
Nothing strange in the console, it just report the reloading of the texture file:
"reloading texture C:/Users/fragghetto/Desktop/AC3D MODELS/TEXTURE PAINTING/ob_bois04.bmp" I'm on a 32-bit Vista. |

Re: PLUGIN: (Updated) Texture Monitor
That's one thing I always hated, having to reload textures each time they're changed. I'm going to install this and give it a go, thanks in advance!
