SCRIPT: loading and saving background image configs

Unfortunately the nature of the bug means that it's probably best not to use the background-image script with the 64 bit AC3D. The fact it works sometimes is probably an accident (memory/byte misaligned)

There are two values you can edit in the AC3D preferences file which affect the key controls on background images.

background_image_zoom_factor
key_background_image_move_pixels

On the Mac, the settings file is saved in your home directory as .ac3dprefs.
