Re: AC3D8.0.21: what's wrong?
Looks like the plugins haven't loaded - check menu Help->About-plugins.
Also, when AC3D first starts, it displays the number of plugins loaded (and the number of any that fail at the bottom of the main window). You need to be quick to spot it. If the trial-time has timed out, and you've not entered you license key, no plugins will be loaded. |

How are you starting AC3D?
Are you clicking on a model file or dragging one onto the app? If so, I think I know what the problem is. |

Usually I click on the file but the problem rises also dragging onto the app.

Re: AC3D8.0.21: what's wrong?
Ok thanks. The Apple-event to open the file is arriving before the plugins are loaded.
Until a fix is released, start AC3D first and load or drag & drop files (don't start AC3D by clicking on an icon or dragging onto the app icon. |

Importing a .obj file works following your tip but exporting a XPlane8 .obj file makes the app crash..
