any human tut for AC3D? (must be only for AC3D not maya or other softwares)

hello people, i'm looking for A tutorial for how to make human model from scratch using AC3D, I googled everywhere but no luck, hope someone point me some good tuts about how to make simple human, using AC3D.

(note: i don't wana blender or maya tutorials, i tried them but AC3D only based on surfaces not like them with vertexes.)

any luck to find AC3D tut for human ? just the simple basic or even someone could
record video on youtube would be very handy, at least.
